Breast Cancer: Causes and Treatment

Causes mostly unknown. Several risk factors, of which increasing age is most important.

Genetic mutations account for less than 10 percent of cases.

Treatment: 

Depends on the individual case, but usually a combination of surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and sometimes hormone therapy.
